Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring ideally suited to candidates with previous experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs, dual diagnosis, challenging behaviours, and risk management, Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience supporting adults with complex mental health needs and/or substance misuse, Experience working with dual diagnosis, and Ability to support individuals who may present behaviours that challenge.
