Responsibilities: The advert points to join our multi-disciplinary design/project management team as a Construction Fire Safety Manager, The post holder will lead the development and delivery of fire safety investment projects of varying scale and complexity, managing technical staff and ensuring projects align with the RIBA Plan of Work, internal teams and contractors and act as the principal advisor on fire safety for the Investment team, and achieve solutions to design related problems, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring with a degree/SVQ4/HND in a relevant discipline, should have considerable knowledge and experience in a construction/fire safety field, have sound knowledge of Project Management, Construction, Building Standards and related legislation together with experience and an understanding of the construction industry, and Along with excellent IT skills, must have the ability to achieve solutions to design related problems.

Employment details: Working with a variety of partners, the Housing Investment Team has a key role in guiding this regeneration towards sustainable development and lead the development and delivery of fire safety investment projects of varying scale and complexity, managing technical staff and ensuring projects align with the RIBA Plan of Work.
