Responsibilities: The advert points to fill the role of a customer service agent (face to face) within our Customer Service Point located at Manse Brae, Lochgilphead, The duties of the post include supporting the Customer Service Centre in delivering a high-quality, efficient and effective service to customers, This involves providing a high quality, customer-focused service within the Customer Service Centre Team, processing enquiries and requests, offering advice and information on Council Services, and carrying out a range of other duties in accordance with Council Policy, service guidelines and procedures, and Provide an effective and efficient registration service, conducting civil marriages, civil partnerships, citizenship ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies, renewal of marriage vows and associated duties/paperwork including preparation of registers, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
