Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring competitive salary based upon skills and experience ?37.5 hours per week Nuffield Health is the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity, ’re registered with the appropriate governing body and have the relevant qualifications and post registration in surgery/anaesthetics experience, including as a Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner, As a clinical leader, will have good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team, knowledge and understanding of running a smooth & effective department equipment is also essential, and As Clinical Leader, will: Conduct and organize the Clinical/ Surgical and Endoscopy team within theatre, which include the smooth running of the theatre lists and organizing booking forms and assisting sessions in theatres Have previous experience and knowledge of working within robotic surgery and specialities such as general, bariatric, urology and gynaecology Work collaboratively and flexibly across the theatre suites to accommodate the service demands of each department, which include Endoscopy, General, Orthopedics, Gynae Promote effective clinical risk management and governance within the department, including safety and risk management, quality improvement and ensure policies and procedure, to enhance patient care and service delivery.
