Responsibilities: The advert points to ensure that Veterans of all ages are cared for to the highest of standards in a beautiful, fun-filled environment, made up of two care homes and a Veterans Village of cottages, activities centre and apartments, day running of the House, promoting a standard of care / support in accordance with Erskine’s Philosophy of Care, care staff in order to maintain a high quality of care that is relationship-centred and meets the needs of the residents, and · Co-ordinate and assist with training of staff and induction of new staff, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
