Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring have previous experience working at a supervisory level in a Social Care environment alongside: Proven track record working at Team Leader level or above in a similar environment Experience in delivering excellent person-centred care Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and completion of the Care Certificate Extensive knowledge and understanding of care plans Knowledge of CQC legislations and requirements Strong communication skills Why work for Norse Care?.
