Responsibilities: The advert points to provide stakeholders with support through a Consultation model of service delivery, carry out duties of the post as directed by the Principal Educational Psychologist, Depute Principal EP’s, or nominated officer of the council and should work within the aims, guidelines, and standards for registration requirements from the Scottish Government, HCPC and the British Psychological Society, and obtain prior to a formal offer of employment being made, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Employment details: This applies only to roles with a full time equivalent salary of £30,000 and above and (Teaching roles and jobs at Grade 10 and above (currently £30,030 per annum / £16.50 per hour) The Council will pay for the PVG membership cost initially, either £18 for existing PVG scheme members, or £59 for non-members, and this cost will be deducted from an employee’s first FULL month’s salary payment.
