Responsibilities: The advert points to help ensure every colleague can work confidently, legally and compliantly throughout their employment journey, Work legislation, sponsorship management and delivering exceptional stakeholder support, this is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and values-driven organisation where your expertise will have a direct impact across the business, include managing and monitoring ongoing employment compliance across the Avery Healthcare Group, with a particular focus on: Right to Work compliance Sponsorship and UKVI compliance DBS renewals Visa monitoring and renewals Employment audits and risk management Stakeholder advice, guidance and training Working closely with Home Administrators, Home Managers, Regional Directors and the wider People Team, the post holder will act as a trusted compliance expert, helping to protect Avery's Sponsor Licence, minimise risk and ensure our employment records remain accurate, compliant and audit-ready, and Work and DBS processes Up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration legislation and sponsorship requirements Excellent IT skills and data management capability Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Ability to travel to various Avery locations when required Desirable Experience: Experience administering sponsored employees Experience using the UKVI Sponsor Management System (SMS) Knowledge of sponsorship extensions and visa administration processes Why Join Avery?, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
