Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring have experience of working with individuals on a one-to-one basis and in group settings and will demonstrate an understanding of the barriers faced by children with a disability, They will have experience of engaging with employers and partner organisations to secure meaningful opportunities and will possess a working knowledge of employability pathways, local support services, and the welfare system, They will be able to demonstrate effective partnership working and multi-agency collaboration, with the ability to build positive relationships that support improved outcomes, and It is essential that candidates can evidence awareness of local, regional, and national employability activity and services.
