The Advert Are you passionate about supporting learners from diverse backgrounds? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised ESOL Programmes Advisor to help deliver high-quality English language programmes for speakers of other languages.
In this role, you’ll provide assistance to learners with enrolments and course enquiries, provide administrative support with programme delivery, and work closely with teaching staff to ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience. Strong communication, ITC and problem solving skills, cultural awareness, and a commitment to learner success are essential.

Person Specification (criteria marked * are desirable, all others are essential)
QUALIFICATIONS
*HNC Administration & Information Technology (or equivalent) (SCQF Level 7) or equivalent industrial administration experience
Standard Grade (or equivalent) in English.
*Advanced ECDL/ICDL Level 3 ( including mail merge and using formulas in spreadsheets )
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience of working in a customer care focused environment.
Experience of Windows based computer packages.
Experience of cash handling and reconciliation.
