Responsibilities: The advert points to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors and staff, About the Role This is a busy and hands-on role where the post holder will deliver planned and reactive maintenance and repairs on our water systems across our homes, working as part of our Facilities Management team, • Inspect, service, test and maintain thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) and kitchenette hot water boilers, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and safety requirements, and emergency issues and support water hygiene activities, including cleaning, disinfection, and remedial actions following water sample results, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring about will be a qualified commercial plumber, holding an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing Services, with experience in plumbing maintenance, installation, and repairs and A flexible, team-focused attitude and attention to detail are essential.

Employment details: employment type: Business Support and Pay Rate: up to £17 per hour Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Introduction are looking for a skilled and proactive Facilities Technician to carry out planned preventative maintenance across care home portfolio.
