Responsibilities: The advert points to become part of our Supported Accommodation services in Tameside, all of our service users in a personalised way, We want people who will engage with those we care for, and build trusting relationships with them and their wider support networks, and As a Recovery Support Worker, your role may include visiting the people we support in their own home or within other settings and offering them practical and emotional support, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring experience of working in the Care and Mental Health sector is preferred, however if share drive, passion and values for helping those with mental health needs, then do not hesitate to apply and a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization- Stonewall Diversity Champion, Disability Confident Employer who have recently received Investors in People Gold awarded.
