Responsibilities: The advert points to a senior support worker within our Leeds Extra Care Service in Richmond Hill, support the management team in the local oversight of people supported across a community as well as in accommodation-based settings, provide person centred care at our extra support service which enables older people to enjoy an active and independent lifestyle, and support our service users to achieve greater independence, with the aim of working in partnership with agencies involved in their support and care planning, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring need to have prior relevant experience in social care and have an understanding of the needs of people with extra care support needs and a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization – Stonewall Diversity Champion, Disability Confident Employer who have recently received Investors in People Gold award.
