Responsibilities: The advert points to join our team under the Transforming Care Agenda using a Trauma Informed approach, Our Preston Trauma Service provides two single bespoke adapted support living services with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Trauma Histories, facilitate the transition and support of two women out of long stay mental health institutions to their own homes in the community, and The post holder will be involved in supporting women with their individual support needs, achieving their goals, giving them control over their care and promoting independence in a calm and quiet environment, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
