Head of Quality Transformation - Specsavers - Whiteley, South

Head of Quality Transformation with Specsavers in Whiteley, South focuses on work to join us on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract and redefine how Quality Engineering is delivered across technology globally.

Responsibilities: The work appears to include tasks such as working closely with senior leaders, engineering teams, delivery teams, product teams, suppliers and third-party partners, you'll lead the shift towards automation-first testing, reusable test assets, improved requirements quality and stronger governance, You'll challenge traditional ways of working, optimise supplier relationships, improve productivity and efficiency, and ensure quality becomes a proactive enabler of faster, safer delivery rather than a reactive checkpoint, and You'll lead a team responsible for quality transformation, governance, assurance, supplier management and service improvement while helping Specsavers build a modern, scalable and sustainable testing capability, with attention to quality and reliable delivery.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring 'll bring experience of leading change programmes, driving automation and standardisation, managing significant third-party service providers, and delivering measurable improvements in quality, productivity, efficiency and cost.
