Responsibilities: The advert points to live their best lives, We support adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities including brain injuries and strokes, Huntington's disease and Parkinson's disease, and physical disabilities, learn, develop and progress, and live their best lives, whatever that looks like to them, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Employment details: If haven’t worked in the care sector before, ’ll help feel right at home from the start with induction, buddy and ongoing training programmes.
