Health Safety and Environmental Advisor - Norse Group - Norwich
Health Safety and Environmental Advisor with Norse Group in Norwich is a people-focused role involving work to sites required) Norse Groups SHEQ department have a fantastic opportunity for a Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join the team on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities: The advert points to assist the Norse Group in the fulfilment of the safety, health, environmental requirements and the promotion of certified ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management system, Other day to day duties will include but are not limited to; Assist with and prepare written reports following the completion of health, safety and environmental visits, Support the health safety and environment team with the successful completion of the management system objectives and project work in accordance with agreed timescales, and Support the development of aspects and impacts registers and their maintenance, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring working with management and staff ensure that all risk assessments, method statements, transport management plans and safe working procedures are suitable and sufficient and communicated effectively Successful Candidate: Proven experience within a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor role or similar NEBOSH National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety ISEP Foundation Certificate in Sustainability and Environmental Management (or working/willing to work towards) Previously Carry out accident investigations, including RIDDOR investigations and Knowledge of ISO standards 45001 and 14001.
