Responsibilities: The advert points to the Hospitality Supervisor, the Housekeeping Supervisor is a hands-on role helping to lead the team of Housekeeping and Laundry assistants, be able to lead, train and mentor the teams whilst following the housekeeping and infection control policy and procedures within the homes, The post holder will help with auditing all housekeeping functions within the homes and ensure that customer care and service is delivered in a consistent manner and that the homes, its furnishings, equipment and linen are of the highest standards and safe at all times, and organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure • Ability to communicate and manage interpersonal relationships, including influencing skills and managing change • Appropriate experience and relevant qualifications • Experience in cleaning and housekeeping functions • Energetic, passionate, proactive, flexible, and adaptable • Awareness of COSHH and CQC regulations • Team player, self -starter, influencer, leader, self-motivated, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
