Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring provide comprehensive housing advice by proactively working with tenants and new customers on housing solutions through the personal housing planning approach Proactively work in your team and with others in HCBS/Council to deliver high standard of service delivery to meet tenant needs, aspirations and achieve sustainable tenancies and communities Ensure that the council’s policies and procedures are implemented to the required standards Essential to have a Chartered Institute of Housing Level 2 qualification or equivalent, or recent relevant experience of working in a frontline customer focused environment, Have highly developed communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, Ability to record and report information accurately and concisely both verbally and in writing, and Work effectively under pressure with the ability to prioritise own workload and have a good knowledge of various IT packages.
