Responsibilities: The advert points to provide an excellent generic housing management service to our customers and partners, The post holder will be responsible and accountable for the implementation of all Housing Management policies and procedures and ensure compliance with current legislation, regulation and good practice, and co-ordinate service delivery to ensure that multi-functional services are delivered in accordance with council policy and to meet the needs of tenants and their communities, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring must have the key skills that will enable to provide an excellent generic housing management service to customers and partners, be able to communicate well at all levels and have a working knowledge of providing assistance to tenants and their families who have complex needs who are experiencing difficulties in sustaining their tenancy for a variety of reasons, and Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 or equivalent and recent relevant frontline Housing Management experience The Council operates a Flexible Working policy and is Hybrid.
