Responsibilities: The advert points to assist the Asset Manager (Housing) in delivering high-quality, efficient contract and project management from design to completion, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements, assist in the development, administration and contract delivery of the Council’s Capital and Revenue Planned Maintenance Programme, and act as the departments representative, to protect the customers interests and to ensure achievement of good quality work in liaison with other departments, sections, consultants and contractors, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring the Individual • Sound building technology knowledge and experience • House condition survey experience • Computer literacy, use of a range of databases and spreadsheets • Demonstrable experience working in a Housing Asset, Repairs and Maintenance role or equivalent • Technical knowledge of property repairs/ maintenance or improvement works • Appropriate technical qualifications to ONC/HNC/HND level in Architectural Technology.
