Responsibilities: The advert points to join our friendly staff team in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, The post holder will support adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, people who are at risk of offending and individuals with mental health conditions, service users to assist and develop everyday living skills and to enjoy a wide range of activities, and work within positive behaviour support, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
