Responsibilities: The advert points to you'll supervise, support coach and develop other team members, and liaise with people involved in resident's care, as well as with the residents themselves, Put simply, you'll ensure residents' needs and wishes are at the centre of the care we provide, and As the Senior Carer on that shift, the post holder will take the lead when staff or residents need help, such as in the event of an emergency, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring about must be an experienced Carer, ideally with a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or be committed to working towards this.

Employment details: Role: Care Team Leader (Senior Care Assistant) Location: Abbeyfield House, 12 Moss Lane, Bramhall, SK7 1EE Pay: £14.77 p/h - £15.24 p/h Hours: 21 Shifts: Week 1: Mon & Fri 2pm - 8pm.
