Responsibilities: The work appears to include tasks such as take ownership whilst having the support from the wider Legal team, take ownership, influence key business decisions and help shape governance and compliance practices across the wider Specsavers group, ensure the business continues to meet its regulatory obligations and uphold best practice standards, and Alongside this, you'll support the Legal Resource Team with advice on joint venture agreements and associated documentation, provide ad hoc corporate legal guidance, and assist with a variety of commercial contract matters as required, with attention to quality and reliable delivery.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring 're looking for someone who combines strong technical legal knowledge with a practical, collaborative approach, 'll be a qualified lawyer with at least three years' post-qualification experience, ideally with a background in corporate or commercial law, and experience advising on corporate governance, company secretarial matters and compliance-related issues, 'll be comfortable working autonomously, confident in managing senior stakeholders and able to provide clear, pragmatic advice on complex issues, and Equally important is your ability to build credibility quickly, influence effectively and work across multiple functions to drive positive outcomes.
