Responsibilities: The advert points to you’ll help create a fun, safe space for everyone who visits the pool, What you’ll be doing: Keeping customers safe by supervising the pool and lifeguarding Chatting with customers and providing great service Helping keep the facility clean and tidy Setting up and packing away equipment for activities Promoting swimming and other Leisure & Sport activities What we’re looking for: Someone friendly, reliable, and confident working with people (especially children) A team player with a positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills A current RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification () First Aid qualification (bonus, but not essential) Some knowledge of health & safety is helpful No two days are the same, and you’ll gain valuable experience, skills, and qualifications that can support future career opportunities, expect: Flexible shift work, including evenings and weekends Ongoing training and support to help you develop A fun, team-focused working environment This post is fixed term for up to 12 months, and This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
