Responsibilities: The advert points to assist in the day to day running of a busy and vibrant care establishment, the Care Centre Manager the incumbent will carry out day to day maintenance on the fabric of the building, its services and grounds to ensure that the Home is maintained in a safe, efficient and functional order, ensure the home is in good decorative order at all times, and ensure all external areas and grounds are kept tidy and well maintained to ensure the smart appearance of the home, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring expectation for post holder to responds to emergency situations within the home Candidates Should Have: A flexible approach to work Ability to prioritise workload High Standard of DIY including internal and external decoration and Ability to communicate effectively with outside agencies An understanding of heating systems A basic understanding of electrical appliances An ability to maintain accurate inspection records.
