Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience 40 hours per week Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking Nursery Manager to be based in Nuffield Health gym, As Nursery Manager ’ll need to be qualified with the NNEB, an NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC or BA Hons (or equivalent), have experience of managing a team and an enhanced DBS check, and As a Nursery Manager, will: Ensure nursery and its team provide the best possible high-quality care and education Champion the health, growth and development of every child in care Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Oversee planning activities and assessments while implementing updates to childcare legislation Hold overall responsibility for SEN and Safeguarding and Compliance Lead and develop your team to drive quality Lead an Ofsted inspection Drive the nursery to provide exceptional high-quality standards in line with the Nuffy Bear Ethos Have experience with operational and commercial elements of a Nursery, such as occupancy and revenue targets Helping feel good.
