Responsibilities: The advert points to support the Supply Chain function, lead and co-ordinate work activities within the Materials department to ensure that all goods and services purchased meet hospital requirements, lead and co-ordinate in the purchasing, inventory management and issue of stock using the appropriate procedures and systems, and support the Materials Manager in the daily running of the department during periods of absence and ensure all Materials Manager's core tasks are completed, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring essential Skills and Experience Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with data and documentation Ability to maintain accurate stock records, investigate stock discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy at all times and Previous administrative experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organised records.
