Responsibilities: The advert points to bring empty private sector properties back into use, including as new supply affordable housing for rent, join Renfrewshire Council as we continue to deliver on our ambitious £100m Regeneration and Renewal programme, in which we will replace or invest in customers’ homes and help build sustainable communities, promote a supply of quality affordable housing across all tenures by bringing long term empty properties back into residential use, and develop effective links with elected members, colleagues and members of the public, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring this is an ideal time to join Renfrewshire Council as continue to deliver on ambitious £100m Regeneration and Renewal programme, in which will replace or invest in customers’ homes and help build sustainable communities, be qualified to SVQ level 3 or equivalent, Have the ability to undertake a range of diverse tasks and achieve successful outcomes, working across a varied workload with minimum supervision, carrying out work to a high standard within set timescales while demonstrating effective report writing skills, and must have effective interpersonal and communication skills aswell as the ability to develop effective links with elected members, colleagues and members of the public.
