Responsibilities: The advert points to manage the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents, deliver care, be keen to progress to a role with greater levels of responsibility and be willing to undertake relevant training to support your career development in a nurturing, engaging and rewarding environment, deliver the best possible care to our residents at all times, and deliver the highest quality of care for our residents as a Night Care Leader within our care homes, then you could be the next to join us, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring ’ll be a positive role model, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others.
