Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring what 'll bring to are looking for a qualified professional with a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (e.g., BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, MSc Applied Behaviour Analysis, or equivalent) and either qualified or willing to work towards PROACT-SCIPr-UK® Instructor status, The ideal candidate will have strong person-centred values, excellent communication skills, leadership experience, and a solid understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and Applied Behaviour Analysis, Experience in behavioural assessment, intervention development, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism is essential, and Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks, including the Mental Capacity Act (2005) and safeguarding, is required.
