Responsibilities: The advert points to develop their careers whilst delivering exceptional standards of patient care, Duties and Responsibilities Assist in scrubbing for consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism, such as orthopaedics the post holder will assess patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks and their wellbeing Provide exemplary planned care for patients and assist in the management and organisation of care provision in the operating theatre Assist in scrubbing for consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism, such as orthopaedics the post holder will assess patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, and the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks and their wellbeing Provide exemplary planned care for patients and assist in the management and organisation of care provision in the operating theatre Who We're Looking For HCPC-registered ODP or NMC-registered Nurse, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring scrub experience Excellent communication and organisational skills and Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
