Responsibilities: The advert points to help improve the health and wellbeing of our community?, individuals experiencing homelessness, Project Workers provide a front-line service working 1 to 1 with individuals and assisting with support planning, and provide a comprehensive assessment of need and formulate a robust resettlement plan, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
