Responsibilities: The advert points to today, in over 60 communities we work with adults and young people providing mental health social care support, services in primary care, schools and further education, among others, Providing access to 24Hour support 7 days a week.The services is run across two sites in Fife (Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy) and is registered as Care at Home with Housing support, We also provide a bespoke outreach Service, and work at both locations and provide outreach support, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring knowledge and experience in supporting people with mental health problems is desirable but not essential as is experience working with people who have had long term hospital admissions.
