Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring • Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries • Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy • Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance NEED TO HAVE: • Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential • Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application • Be self-motivated and target driven • Have interpersonal and professional qualities • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint) • Full UK driving licence and • Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
