Responsibilities: The advert points to drive the delivery, development, and growth of our swim programmes across a regional portfolio of up to 7 fitness and wellbeing sites, elevate programme performance and member experience, the National Swim Manager, the post holder will: Champion operational excellence and innovation in swim offerings Support and coach site teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and consistent lessons Drive revenue growth and ensure financial sustainability across your region Optimise pool usage and introduce new lesson formats and training opportunities Collaborate with Senior Leadership Teams to align swim delivery with wider club operations Deliver direct support for swim programs at club level, including managing swim budgets and developing swim staff, and interpret performance data to inform decisions and drive improvements Commercial awareness, including budget management and resource optimisation in a swim or leisure environment Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with club teams, Senior Leadership Teams, and external partners Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management in aquatic environments Multisite experience or the ability to support multiple locations with consistency and adaptability Programme delivery expertise, ensuring high-quality, inclusive swim offerings across all sites Operational oversight, including scheduling, pool usage, and resource allocation Stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication and collaboration skills Helping you feel good, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
