Responsibilities: The advert points to manage and lead the day-to-day operations of services provided by Older People’s Services, providing clear leadership and ensuring that the services are delivered effectively and efficiently and that in doing so an ethos of re-ablement is promoted, appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Manager to lead one of our residential care services, and This is a key leadership post responsible for the safe and effective delivery of high-quality care and support, ensuring that services are person centred, outcome focused and compliant with relevant legislation, standards and regulatory requirements, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
