Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring the necessary qualification, experience and skills required to be appointed at Grade E are: To hold an SVQ2 or equivalent qualification in Social Care and to achieve SVQ3 in Social Care or other relevant quallification to enable registration with the SSSC within 3 years of appointment, To be appointed at Grade F: must hold an SVQ3 in Social Care or other relevant qualification to enable registration with the SSSC as a Practitioner in a Care Home Service for Adults, and Previous experience in social care within a Care Home or Extra Care Housing is also essential.
