Responsibilities: The advert points to support the management of one of our care home provisions based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, six individuals who have additional needs relating to mental health, physical disability, autism, challenging behaviour and/or sensory impairment, perform a key role in the day to day running of the service, will lead by example, and provide excellent support to people with learning disabilities and additional complex needs, and demonstrate relevant experience and knowledge of working within the social care sector in support of people with learning disabilities and additional complex needs, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring must be a confident and accountable practitioner with the ability to put quality standards into practice, need to demonstrate relevant experience and knowledge of working within the social care sector in support of people with learning disabilities and additional complex needs, A relevant social care qualification is essential, and carry out demonstrating a person-centred approach with a warm, confident and professional manner.

Employment details: work alongside the Registered Manager and Team Leader leading a highly committed team and contributing to the further development of provision.
