Responsibilities: The advert points to join our national team as Respiratory Clinical Lead, shape and develop specialist respiratory care within one of the UK’s leading complex care providers, expert for all things respiratory, helping shape and grow high-quality specialist services across Exemplar Health Care, and safely build respiratory capability and welcome new admissions • play a key role in expanding our specialist respiratory services, working closely with Operational, Clinical and Business Development teams • drive clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives • design and deliver engaging respiratory training, coaching and competency programmes • establish and lead a network of Regional Respiratory Advisors, sharing expertise and promoting excellence across the organisation, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
