Senior 3D Motion Designer with Specsavers in Remote is a leadership opportunity involving team direction, service delivery, and stakeholder confidence.

Responsibilities: Key duties appear to include elevate our creative output and help shape the future of our integrated design offering, life through compelling 3D motion and visual storytelling, working closely with design, concept, and wider teams, You’ll help create work that feels fresh, thoughtful, and impactful across a range of projects and clients, and You’ll take the lead on creative briefs, shaping and evolving ideas into high-quality motion work that not only delivers but pushes boundaries.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring ’ll bring experience delivering standout 3D motion design, with advanced skills in 3D animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling across digital platforms and ’ll have hands-on experience using tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro and/or Blender, and be comfortable creating work across integrated campaigns spanning motion, social, digital, CGI and occasional print.
