Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring encompass handling leasehold transactions including rent reviews, lease renewals and lettings together with undertaking valuations and any other general estates surveying work.The IndividualYou will have proven experience working in Commercial Property Management, considerable experience of undertaking rent review and lease renewal negotiations along with experience of undertaking both rental and capital valuations of handling negotiations in relation to property transactions, have knowledge and use of Property Management databases, experience of dealing with property related legal issues and the ability to work in a structured environment, and have good written and oral communication skills along with the ability to solve problems and good attention to detail and to think clearly and logically.
