Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring senior Specialist Physiotherapist Location: Kerwin Court, Horsham Salary: £49,387 - £56,515 per annum FTE Hours: This post is 30 hours per week An exciting opening has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated specialist physiotherapist with neurological experience to join team at Kerwin Court, The ideal candidate must be a HCPC registered physiotherapist and have neurological, respiratory and management experience at a Senior (Band 7 equivalent) level, Relevant post-registration training and experience and relevant leadership experience and training in a health/social care setting Evidence of Continued Professional Development Proven experience of working in an appropriate service across healthcare settings Experience of working with clients with moderate to advanced neurological disease and disability Demonstrable experience of evidence-based practice, research, audit and outcome measures Highly specialist knowledge and application of neurological therapy assessments and interventions using complex level clinical reasoning, and Seating and postural care experience desirable and respiratory competency essential Evidence of managing a team of staff including setting objectives, appraisal, recruitment and disciplinary issues Rewards: can look forward to excellent benefits including: A competitive salary of £49,387 - £56,515 per annum FTE 38 Days AL (inclusive of bank holidays) (pro rata) Buy/Sell up to 5 days AL each.
