Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred support and care Provide leadership during shifts, including handovers, role allocation, and effective communication.
