Service Manager, Moray - 477653 with Enable is a people-focused role involving work to about Moray Services 35 hours per week Moray services are based in Elgin and the surrounding area (Forres, Keith, Buckie).
Responsibilities: The advert points to provide bespoke, human rights based, person centred care in line with the Enable PA model, full 24 hour support, take a lead role in continuing to improve the quality of the services we provide to the people we support and to effectively lead and support local Team Facilitators to manage our frontline support staff, and This role is pivotal to the success of our mission and ambition to support people with a learning disability to lead the lives of their choosing; lives that are full, meaningful and inclusive, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.
Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring the ideal candidate will have broad experience of supporting people along side a willingness to learn and acquire new skills and experiences, must have the passion and drive to take a lead role in continuing to improve the quality of the services provide to the people support and to effectively lead and support local Team Facilitators to manage frontline support staff, About Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following: • Significant experience of leading and managing Supported Living Services, and • Experience of managing teams with knowledge of culture change.
