Services Manager - SA1198 with Scottish Autism in the local community is a people-focused role involving work to have regular visits to all Day Services in Fife Reference: SA1198 Embracing difference, leading change are seeking a dedicated Services Manager to join Fife services’ team.

Responsibilities: The advert points to develop the autonomy of our teams, Successful candidates must possess strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills, approachable and friendly, the post holder will provide and maintain a quality service, where the focus will be on developing skills, strategies of intervention and maximising independence for those we support, The post holder will have demonstrable experience of liaising with multi-disciplinary teams, developing and auditing various care and/or support plans, risk management, people management, and developing close links in the local community, promoting the service and the organisation, and motivate staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for the individuals that we support, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring have demonstrable experience of liaising with multi-disciplinary teams, developing and auditing various care and/or support plans, risk management, people management, and developing close links in the local community, promoting the service and the organisation, A confident and inspiring leader who seeks to motivate staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for the individuals that support, and Suitable candidates will have a relevant qualification as set by the SSSC such as SVQ level 4 in Health/Social Care and the Leadership in Management and Care Award; coupled with experience in a management role.
