Job DescriptionAs part of Children and Families service the post holder will be based at The Junction, the post holder will work full time, 37 hours per week over a 10 weeks rota. The post holder will help children and young people to make use of services and information as appropriate to their full advantage and to assist in the promotion of effective communication by and with children and young people to this end.The IndividualYou will have experience and understanding of working collaboratively with children and young people and their families and carers. The post holder will have understanding the emotional practical and social care needs of young people.
