Responsibilities: The advert points to be confirmed The employer is seeking a compassionate and resilient Specialist Support Worker - (Homelessness and Complex Needs) to join Eva Burrows 1st Stop Project on a fixed-term basis, sustain accommodation, access services and move forward with dignity and independence, supported and temporary accommodation, Housing First offers people their own home and then gives them the intensive support needed to maintain their tenancies and move on with their lives away from the streets, and continue to maintain their own tenancy and integrate back into their community, with emphasis on safe, respectful support.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring to succeed will need to have the ability to work independently and be comfortable as a lone worker, when required, with a good knowledge of the relevant protocols and safety precautions, ’ll be able to maintain enthusiasm for working with people with complex needs and provide the consistently high levels of support they require to meet their aims and objectives in a way that is flexible for everyone support, and (s) will be able to demonstrate and/ or hold: Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a related field, or willingness to work towards this.
