Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring a core part of is enabling people to develop confidence in self management, supporting them to build the skills and knowledge needed to manage their condition, maxinmise independence and improve their long term wellbeing, Candidates must have a first level general nursing qualification and have a minimum of 2 years’ post-registration experience in either a hospital or community setting, and Experience working with people affected by stroke is essential.
