Responsibilities: The work appears to include tasks such as meeting the identified needs of students, Creatively promote and develop discipleship resources within The Salvation Army’s tradition of social change and justice including practical service, advocacy and campaigning that are rooted in the Denominations theological beliefs and practises, enhance and promote leadership, discipleship and mission, and develop their faith in Jesus, with attention to quality and reliable delivery.

Requirements: Suitable applicants may bring successful candidate will have: A nationally recognised qualification in youth work and/or good experience of working with youth in areas of outreach, discipleship and leadership, The ability to think and reflect theologically around mission and discipleship with an in-depth understanding of cultural pressures facing Youth & Students to develop their faith in Jesus, The ability to work flexibly to deliver the requirements of your role such as evening work/weekend work/overnight and residential weeks throughout the year, and Technical skills relevant to the delivery of your duties including project management skills, financial management skills and stakeholder engagement skills including strong experience of social media.
